1. Shipping Charges
We do not offer free shipping. To keep our product prices competitive and fair, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel.

2. WhatsApp Order Confirmation
To ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction, we follow a unique dispatch process:

How do I know my shipping cost? Since our charges are weight-based, the minimum charge starts at ₹49. The exact amount can be understood during checkout on the website, or will be communicated to you during our WhatsApp confirmation process before you pay or before the item is sent.
Why haven't you shipped my order yet? We wait for a manual confirmation from every customer via WhatsApp to prevent errors. Please check your WhatsApp messages from Onyx Aqua Farm to give the "Green Light" for dispatch.
Do you deliver outside India? Currently, Onyx Aqua Farm only delivers to addresses within India. You may place an order from abroad, but the delivery destination must be a valid Indian PIN code.
What happens if my PIN code is unserviceable? If our courier partners (Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.) do not service your specific area, we will attempt to send your parcel via India Post. If no options are available, we will inform you during the WhatsApp confirmation and cancel the order.
Are the products tested? Yes. Unlike many retailers, we test all electronic or mechanical products before they leave the farm to ensure they are 100% functional.
