The Hopar H-901 features a versatile mounting bracket system that allows for both vertical and horizontal installation on the rim of your aquarium glass.

Vertical Installation:

1. Place the fan holder at the edge of the aquarium tank.

2. Tighten the holder bolt gently by hand until the system holds taut on the tank rim.

3. Note: Do not over-tighten the bolt, as this could damage the plastic bracket or the aquarium glass.

Horizontal Installation:

1. Remove the securing bolts from the holders.

2. Inter-switch the brackets (move the right holder to the left side, and the left holder to the right side).

3. Replace the bolts and tighten them onto the horizontal edge.

Important Safety Warnings:

• Water Hazard: Ensure the fan is mounted securely at least 5cm above the water surface. If the fan accidentally falls into the water, unplug the power immediately before attempting to retrieve it. Do not use the fan if it has been submerged.
