To ensure the maximum lifespan and quietest performance from your Sobo filter, please adhere strictly to the manufacturer's instructions:

1. Submersion is Mandatory: "Always ensure the pump is submerged in water" before plugging it in. Running the unit dry will cause the motor to overheat and suffer permanent damage.

2. Proper Handling: "Do not lift the pump unit by pulling the wire (Power Cord)" as this can cause internal electrical faults.

3. Routine Cleaning: "A clogged or dirty intake screen will generally reduce the performance of the pump. Hence, you must wash away the surrounded debris frequently" to maintain the 1000 L/H flow.

4. Impeller Care: To keep the motor running smoothly, regularly "Remove the front cover and the impeller cover, followed by the impeller unit. Use a small brush to clean the cylinder or just wash away the debris under running water".
