Setup & Maintenance Tips

1. Mandatory Submersion: This pump is incredibly powerful and must be fully submerged to stay cool. To prevent permanent motor damage, always ensure the pump body is entirely underwater before plugging it into a power source.

2. Overhead Filter Hookup: With a 1.8-meter max head height, this pump easily pushes water up to top-mounted filtration boxes. Use the blue corrugated hose connected to the top nozzle to route the water upwards.

3. Routine Cleaning: Regularly detach and rinse the grey intake strainer. If large leaves or debris clog this strainer, it will reduce the flow rate and put dangerous strain on the 30W motor.
