Getting your Sobo auto-feeder ready is incredibly simple. Follow these manufacturer instructions for a perfect setup:

1. Load the Food: "Take off the feed barrel, open it and load the feed."

2. Secure the Barrel: "Close the feed barrel (the barrel cover is aligned with the feed barrel clamping position)."

3. Power Up: "Install a pair of 2AA batteries at the battery mounting location." Note: Always use fresh batteries before a long trip.

4. Set the Schedule: "Toggle the switch to select automatic feeding every 8 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours."

5. Mounting: "Put the feeder into the base, align the hole position of the base with the hole of the fish tank cover, and fix the base with double-sided adhesive tape." Ensure "the mouth of the feed barrel is installed upward" when at rest.

6. Safety Warning: "Note: The product has installed electronic circuits inside and shall not fall into the water."
