Setup & Maintenance Tips

1. Installation: Use the suction cups on the back to attach the filter firmly to the aquarium glass. Ensure the entire unit is submerged.

2. Aeration: If you want bubbles, attach the clear air tube to the nozzle and hang the other end outside the tank. If you prefer silent flow, leave the air tube off.

3. Cleaning: Disconnect power before handling. Detach the bottom filter cups and rinse the blue sponges in aquarium water (not tap water) to preserve beneficial bacteria.

4. Impeller Care: Occasionally remove the pump head cover to clean the impeller magnet of any slime or debris, as a clogged intake will reduce performance..
